Important information: Unfortunately, we have to bring the following matter to your attention. Following regular technical visits to our premium residence, we noticed a weakness in the balcony railings. This could present a risk for the safety of our customers and being unable to carry out a repair before the start of the Winter season it has been decided to exercise caution and close all balcony access. As a result, customers will not be able to access the balcony of the accommodation during the entire duration of their stay. The windows will be secured with a mechanism that will allow restricted opening, enough for fresh air to get in, if required, but preventing access to the balconies.
