The residence is located at a place called "Le Hameau des Eaux d'Orelle", a 15-minute walk from the Francoz near the cable car to Val Thorens. During winter, a free shuttle leaves the residence for the cable car every 10 to 15 minutes. Located in the Maurienne valley in the French Alps, Orelle (940m above sea level) is a charming and traditional village, classified 2 flowers, nestled in nature and offering a wide range of activities. Whatever the season, Orelle is an ideal destination: In summer, many marked paths will delight cyclists and hikers. For ski lovers, Orelle gives easy access to the Val Thorens ski resort and the entire “3 Vallées” area. Access to Val Thorens is via a gondola, which can reach an altitude of 2340 meters in 15 minutes and 3230 m (the highest peak of the 3 Valleys) in 30 minutes. Please note that children under 3 years do not have access to the ski lifts in Orelle. THE APARTMENTS / APARTMENTS All the apartments are equipped with a kitchenette with sink, drainer, refrigerator, ceramic hob with 2 or 4 burners, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, dishwasher (except studios for 2 or 4 people) 2 room apartment 5 pers. (about 27 m²) Living room with a sofa bed for 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a mountain corner with 2 bunk beds * Bathroom with bath and separate WC. The photos are indicative. In winter, the mountains are much more than skiing. Take advantage of the fresh air to discover other activities like ice rink, cross-country skiing and tobogganing, without forgetting thrilling activities like La Tyrolienne! Off-ski, get your fill of culture and local produce with a visit to a goat farm, museums, and excursions to Turin. SERVICES INCLUDED: • Access to the relaxation area with indoor swimming pool, sauna and hammam • Bed linen • Television in the apartment • Outdoor parking (subject to availability) • Wifi access in the apartments *The relaxation area open every day from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. except Saturday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. The independent restaurant of our structure located in the main chalet will open from 06/07 this summer. SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: • Pet allowed (only one pet allowed per apartment) • Daily cleaning on request • End of stay cleaning on request (excluding kitchen area and dishes) • Maintenance kit(sponge, dishcloth, multi-use detergent, sanitary disinfectant descaling cleaner, dishwasher tablets) • Bathroom linen (1 bath towel and 1 towel per person + 1 bath mat per apartment) • Additional bed linen • Covered parking (subject to availability) EXTRA : • Tourist tax: €1 per person per night (adult over 18 years old) • Deposit: €500 per apartment + €80 cleaning deposit (the deposit will be returned within 14 days if the apartment is left as clean as upon arrival of the customer) Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed. You can make an option booking of a maximum of 48 hours, if you choose an arrival date more than 7 days in the future. You can make your reservation definite within these 48 hours or cancel it if you wish. Within 7 days of arrival it's not possible to make an option booking. All reservations within 7 days of arrival are definite and cannot be canceled without charge. Please note: the rates do not include the mandatory hirers' liability insurance. This small amount is a percentage of the rental sum starting from 10 Euros per reservation.
