The residence is just 2 km from the center of Batz-sur-Mer and 1.5 km from the Le Croisic TGV station, in a private wooded park of 2 hectares. The four buildings that make up the residence are located on a strip of sand from the beach, facing south, at the foot of the coastal path. The residence comprises 62 apartments and offers a wide range of types (some apartments are duplex) from a studio for 2 people to a 3-room apartment for 7/8 people, all of which are fully equipped with kitchenette (ceramic hob , microwave and dishwasher), bathroom (with shower or bath), toilet and television (surcharge). You will stay in apartments on the sea or park side equipped and equipped with wifi access (paying) and will benefit from private access to the beach.
