The roller cover can carry a weight of up to 80 kg. There is a pellet stove in the living room. The two bathrooms have electric heating. In our garden you can swim in the private heated swimming pool. There are plenty of sun loungers to blissfully enjoy the Portuguese sun. Ample parking space is provided in the driveway in front of the garage or directly in front of the house. There is a practical built-in barbecue on the terrace by the kitchen. For any cool evenings in spring or autumn, we provide a sufficient supply of pellets for the pellet stove. Public waste containers are provided at a very short walking distance for glass, paper/cardboard and residual waste. There is one large bedroom and en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. On the ground floor, our house is step-free. The television in the living room has satellite, digital cable, and a Chromecast connection. A DVD player is also available. Oven, Microwave oven, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, blender, electric cooker, cooking pots, pans, oven dishes, fridge and freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, central hoover system, etc. We kindly but firmly ask you not to exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the house.
