However, if you come for a business trip, it will be perfect thanks to its direct proximity to the Palais des Festivals and the train stations and thanks to its Internet connection. Guests have access to the entire apartment. This apartment belongs to an American couple but is managed by an agency called BnB Renting. This company will take care of welcoming you, assisting you throughout your stay and will also be there for your departure! In other words, you can always contact the agency by SMS, Whatssap, calls and face to face if necessary! This company has staff who speak perfect English and French to make your stay as easy as possible. Check-in is generally from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you wish to check in earlier or later, you will need to obtain confirmation from the agency to see if this is possible. This apartment is located in the famous rue Meynadier in Cannes where the old town of Cannes begins (it is called the Suquet district). This area is pedestrian and very authentic. You will be able to live the French experience to the fullest by being between shops, restaurants, bars, the market square, the sea, the Croisette, the Palais des festivals, the train station and much more! Rue Meynadier is the popular and historic shopping street of Cannes. Pedestrianized from end to end, it is home to some of the best gourmet addresses in Cannes. A few meters from the Forville market, the alleys of freedom and the Old Port, it attracts a crowd of onlookers every day. Less than 10 minutes walk from the accommodation: - Rue d'Antibes known for its many shops - Rue Hoche for its cafes and restaurants - The Carré d'Or district known for its bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes - La Croisette for its luxury brands, palaces, private beaches, restaurants, snack & souvenir kiosks as well as its artisanal Italian ice creams. The train and bus station is only a 10-minute walk from the studio. The "City Palm" shuttle is a free solution for getting around the heart of Cannes (Rue d'Antibes / Croisette). The apartment is located right next to the Ferrage car park in Cannes where you can park easily during your stay. Prices are displayed on the site according to the number of nights. Household linen is provided on arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper). End of stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys. If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service. Pool/beach towels are not included.
