This beautiful holiday home (the 'high house') is located on the same piece of land as the owner's house (the 'big house'). Collectively they are called Les Brus de l'Adret and have their origins in the 14th century. Since then, the buildings have been carefully restored with an eye for the authentic elements such as the granite walls, oak floors, a custom kitchen and a huge fireplace. The holiday home is located in the north of the Ardèche and is very suitable for holidays with family or friends. The house is located on a large property with chestnut and acacia trees, surrounded by forests and meadows. You can enjoy walking and in the center, which is 5 km away, you will find several nice shops and restaurants. The house is located on a very quiet road, in a beautiful wooded area at an altitude of 750 m and with the famous 11th-century Chateau de Maisonseule at the rear. You share the swimming pool with the friendly owner couple. You will almost always have the pool to yourself. The saltwater pool is a little further behind the studio and you will also find a romantic terrace with a pergola covered with grapes. Over the centuries it has served as a farm and as the home of the grandparents. The private terrace offers a beautiful view of the pool. The other residence, the main house, is occupied by the owner of the property.
