This more than 300-year-old house was once part of a large farm. The building faces south, making it an ideal location to take advantage of the sun. After a strenuous hike or bike tour relax in the thermal hot water... The 5x10-meter-large pool with [sea] salt water (5g/l) is heated by solar energy. Thanks to electrolysis, no chlorine is used, so it is ideal for the skin and eyes. Enjoy the Passion Garden of the lady of the house... or the cultivated Portico Garden. Under the covered Portico (with barbecue) you'll find that the summer kitchen is always pleasantly cool. Choose between sun and shade.... A shady oasis lies before the original Finnish sauna. The youngest guests can enjoy themselves in the shaded sandbox, on the long slide or with a variety of available toys. Of course do not forget the warm pool! A highchair and crib are also available, free of charge. Park your car in the large shaded parking lot. The house was renovated utilizing environmentally friendly principles and incorporating bright, friendly rooms. The beds are of CH-standard and the kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, etc. The windows all have mosquito nets, except in the EG which has bars. The entire hot water system is heated by solar energy. This studio is located on the ground floor and has an area of 36 m2. It is suitable for 2 persons with possibility to accommodate 1-2 small children. It has a fully equipped kitchenette with a kit with salt, pepper, sugar and washing dishes. It is dotated with SAT-TV, radio, high-quality mattresses. High ceiling, wooden floor. It has direct access to the garden. In this studio pets are admitted. Casa Stizza is centrally located making it convenient for most activities. Sports: This is the ideal base for bike tours. In the municipality there are 6 marked hiking trails. Tennis (1km) and golf (20km) are also possible. Culture: no other area has such a variety of cultural programs: castles, famous Romanesque churches, museums.... We have document and information markets available. Besides the famous markets of Asti and Alba, each village has its own gastronomic market: we will gladly organize and/or accompany you to the wine growers or to the unique Banca del Vino. We can advise and reserve a Ristorante or Agriturismo for you as well. Pets: Pets are only allowed in the EG studio. Your stay here, including the entire property, especially the pool, is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children.
