An outdoor dining table will allow you to enjoy the views while you have lunch or dinner, or prepare a fantastic barbecue to enjoy with your family and friends. You can also enjoy the Mediterranean climate in the garden area where the children can play outdoors. The house is located in a quiet and residential area with neighbors around. The house of 90 m2 is distributed on a single floor and has a Mediterranean style, bright and refreshing, ideal to disconnect for a few days. The living room has two comfortable sofas from where you can watch TV (national channels). The dining area can seat up to 6 people and has sea views. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, and the basic elements for holiday cooking. A bathroom with a shower serves the house. Next are the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
