Inserted in a small and very recent residential complex, it consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, second twin bedroom and bathroom; The property is completed by a large veranda furnished with table and chairs where you can eat outdoors and enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation and a parking space. Present: TV, washing machine and barbecue.All around a very large green space with English lawn, vines, olive trees and the very rare pompia where both children can play in peace and adults can indulge in regenerating walks immersed in the scents The silence and tranquility are completely the masters for a truly relaxing holiday, however close to the main services of the Caletta and Siniscola as well as to the wonderful beaches of the area such as Berchida, Bidderosa, Sa Pedra Ruia characterized by a beautiful pine forest that plunges into a transparent sea of splendid colors. For larger groups, other three-room apartments for six people and even a four-room apartment with two bathrooms are available in the same structure. Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price. Final cleaning: € 70.00. Kitchenette and dishes to be left tidy and clean; otherwise a supplement of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental upon notice: € 20.00 per person. Small pets: always on request, € 50.00 per week. Ability to smoke only in outdoor areas. Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 20.00): € 50.00; late check out (after 10.00): charge for an additional night's stay. Security deposit: € 200.00. It will be the customer's responsibility to arrange for the separate collection of waste and its disposal by following the collection table; upon its return, the accommodation must be free of all waste, otherwise 50% of the security deposit will be retained. Minimum stays: from 13 June to 12 September: 7 days; in all other periods: 5 days. Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed. You can make an option booking of a maximum of 48 hours, if you choose an arrival date more than 7 days in the future. You can make your reservation definite within these 48 hours or cancel it if you wish. Within 7 days of arrival it's not possible to make an option booking. All reservations within 7 days of arrival are definite and cannot be canceled without charge. Please note: the rates do not include the mandatory hirers' liability insurance. This small amount is a percentage of the rental sum starting from 10 Euros per reservation.
