Marvellous townhouse for up to 6 persons, in the privileged region of Sóller, at the skirts of the Tramuntana mountain range, recently declared Patrimony of Humanity. The house disposes of a huge patio, for long breakfasts and exquisit barbecue dinners, accompanied by a glass of wine and the views on the landscape. The 200m2 house is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor, a well-equipped spacious kitchen with direct access to the patio, with built-in electric oven, vitro hob, dishwasher, and all other utensils for the cooking enthusiasts. The homely, yet modern, living- and dining room invites for relaxing on the couch, watching a movie on satellite TV, or some evening chatting in front of the pellet fireplace. It counts with air conditioning to adjust the temperature to your needs. On this floor, you will also find a bath room with a shower and a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the intermediate level, just a few steps up the stairs, we find the first bedroom, with a double bed and air conditioning. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms with air conditioning: one with a double bed and an en-suite bath room with a shower and a bath tub. On the third floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed. All bedrooms count with a wardrobe. On request, we can prepare a baby cot and a high chair. The village is only 500m further up the road. The emblematic church of Sant Bartomeu, from the year 1236, is one of the may things to visit. You will find all kinds of shops and restaurants, to taste the typical dishes with fresh gambas. Take the tram to Port de Sóller and enjoy the beach of Es Repic or a walk over the promenade or explore any of the beautiful hiking tracks to the romantic villages of Deià, Fornalutx or Biniaraix. Palma is easy to reach, as well as the coves of Cala Deià, Llucalcari or Port des Canonge. Welcome to this grand two-building estate, featuring picturesque outdoor spaces, including a chlorine pool measuring 9m x 4m, with depths ranging from 1.20m to 1.80m. Surrounded by lush grass and various terraces, the property provides an ideal setting for relaxation, enjoying drinks, and indulging in a good book. You can also delight in preparing delicious barbecues with your loved ones. The main building spans three floors and includes a beautiful living room with satellite TV, a spacious dining room accommodating 18 guests, a fully equipped industrial gas kitchen with all the amenities for your stay, and seven bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub. All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, except for one with two single beds, and come equipped with a wardrobe, air conditioning, and central heating. The interiors are composed of a cosy sitting-dining room with open kitchen, A/C and satellite-TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including an electric hob. After a refreshing bath in the pool, you may lay down on two sun loungers and read a good book. An exterior kitchen with BBQ is ideal for those who like cooking outside. A terrace is great for al-fresco dining and has views to Fornalutx and Biniaraix. The plot is fenced and there are a few neighbours. A few minutes' walk takes you to the picturesque centre of Sóller, declared as a World Human Heritage by Unesco. The most emblematic building is the church of St Bartholomew and its first historical record is dated back to the year 1236. Sóller has good restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and everything else you may need for an independent stay. By tramway or bus you can go to Puerto de Sóller, a coastal town with a sand beach, bars and shops. In the surroundings you'll find lots of cycling routes and trails. The most famous and maybe the most beautiful excursion is a journey by the old train from Sóller to the capital Palma, past romantic landscapes and genuine villages. The beaches of the mountains are mostly rocky and surprise with cool and clear waters. Just to mention a few: Llucalcari, Cala Deià and Port des Canonge.
