This lovely property with a private pool located at Son Carrió is the perfect place to enjoy nature and peace, offering a second home for 10-12 people. This villa features a great chlorine pool -sizing 10 x 5 metres and with a water depth from 0.90 to 2.65 metres-, a round children's pool -with 2 metres diameter and 0.5 metres depth-, 12 sun loungers and an exterior shower to wash off after a day in the beach. Then, a great garden area with lawn surrounds the pool and the house and it invites you to have a walk while breathing the fresh air. And, in order to enjoy a fantastic evening with a delicious barbecue, you have two porches (and an exterior toilet). The property is fenced and privacy is total. Regarding the accommodation, it features two buildings: the main two-storey house and a second annexed house. The main house stands out for its stone construction. Right at the entrance, you will find a comfortable living room where you can watch satellite TV. Its wood-burning cooker is only a decorative element that gives character to the room. The spacious gas kitchen, with a bar with stools, has a fantastic dining area with a fireplace. Finally, there are two furnished porches that invite to enjoy a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and privacy is total. The two-storey house is characterised by its rustic stone style. At the entrance, there is a comfortable living room where you can watch satellite TV and marvel at the character of the decorative wood-burning cooker. Welcome to this wonderful rural villa for 12 guests, located in Son Carrió, with a beautiful private garden and pool. This country house offers a fresh and lively garden and all around. The lawn, surrounding the salted pool, creates the perfect place for bare foot little walks feeling the freshness or to place up to 12 sun loungers and sunbathe or read a book comfortably under the thatched parasols. There also is a children corner where they can play outdoors. When it becomes really hot, the best plan is a dip into the pool. It sizes 10 x 5 metres and the depth goes from 0.90 to 2.20 metres. After the swim, the barbecue and the large wooden table are waiting for you. In short, let's say this is a little paradise where you will disconnect from the real world and rest with total privacy. The accommodation, fully sustainable with solar energy, has two buildings, the main house and a little annexed house. In the main house you will find a comfortable and large living-dining room where you can sit all together for meals and sit on the sofa to watch the satellite TV afterwards. The kitchen, with a gas stove and beautiful mountain views, is open to that space so its is very useful because there are just two steps from the stove to the table. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at the laundry room.As for the bedrooms, all with wardrobe and a fan, here you have four of them: two with double bed, both with en-suite bathroom (one with shower and one with shower and bathtub and exit to the outdoor area), and two with two single beds. There is another shower bathroom for the rest of this main house. The annexed little house has a special charm, with a thatched roof terrace where you can admire the pond of natural water and the mountain landscape.
