The accommodation is located in Grau i Platja, a magic destination for those who love the good climate, the beach, the pleasant walks and the leisure. The beach is situated at only 10 meters walking from the apartment, the golf course is 24 km away and you also have access to all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, cafeterias and so on. Situated on the ninth floor and easily accessible with an elevator, this apartment boasts a spacious living-dining room, perfect for communal meals or enjoying TV with breathtaking sea views. The recently renovated kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, oven, and all the necessary tools for cooking. Additionally, you'll find the washing machine, iron, and ironing board conveniently located in the kitchen area. The house features two bathrooms, both equipped with bathtubs, and four bedrooms, each with a wardrobe. One bedroom includes a double bed, two have two single beds each, and the last one has a twin bed. Provision is made for a baby cot and a high chair, along with the availability of two fans for added comfort. There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax.
