The apartment’s privacy is partial, and it has a covered parking space, in order to avoid the hassles of parking during the tourist season. In the property’s living room, you can unwind and relax by watching TV or reading a good book. The furnished dining room is in the living room’s area and it has 1 table, which can be unfolded, so you can enjoy having lunch and dinner with your loved ones. The separate kitchen has everything you need to prepare your best recipes, including a gas stove. This apartment has 1washer, 1iron, and 1 ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms in the property: 3 with 2 single beds and 1 with 1 double bed. There are a total of 5 fans and 2 radiators in the house. The property has a total of 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub and the other with a shower. This property has access to one crib if needed. The wide, fine, white sand beach of Gandia spans over 3.5km. Along it, you will find some mini-playgrounds for the little ones. It has a spacious promenade that goes from one end of the beach to the other which is filled with a variety of shops and restaurants. At the same time, this beach has many nightlife options because it is a major tourist area. Every Sunday afternoon there is a market (from June 15th to September 15th). In winter, the schedule changes to Sunday mornings (September 15th to June 15th). Just 4km away there is a shopping center with lots of shops, cinemas and restaurants. If what you want is to enjoy nature, visit L'Alqueria the Duc, one of the springs that feeds Gandia’s Marjar and where fresh water comes from the nearby mountains that emerge from the ground near this place. Also, if you prefer something more historical and cultural you can do the Route of the Monasteries, which consists of a tour of the central regions through which 5 old convents and monasteries come together. And of course, a must-see is the Ducal Palace, a symbol of the city of Gandia. If you still have time to enjoy Valencia, visit the most important and modern area of Valencia where the Arts and Sciences Museum is located, or the best amusement park in Benidorm, Terra Mítica.
