This holiday residence is composed of semi-detached houses located on the edge of a lake and in the middle of a calm and well-preserved environment. Ideally located 250 m away from the beach and 150 m away from the golf, the residence makes an ideal destination for a holiday with friends or family. All houses feature a small private garden with garden furniture. The first shops are located about 2.4 km - 2.5 km. This small house with 2 rooms has a surface area of 41-47m ² and can accommodate 5 people. It consists of a living room with sofa bed; a kitchen with an oven, hot plate and refrigerator, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils; a room for 2 people, a bathroom and a separate toilet; a mezzanine with 2 sleeping spaces (some houses have a third room). Each house has a small private garden with garden furniture. Please take into consideration that the pictures and interior description of the accommodation are with indicative title. Located on the coast of Light, in the department of Vendée, and boasting with a beach which stretches on more than 8 km, Saint-Jean-de-Monts is a seaside resort on the Atlantic coast mostly preferred as holiday destination during the summer season. Accessible to all, the beach is in fact the great attraction of the resort. Some activities you can enjoy during your stay: walking, cycling, exploring the pine forests, fishing, catamaran sailing, land-yachting, sailing, wind surfing, sea kayaking, horse riding, kite flying, beach vollyball. Places to visit in the area include: the Salt Road, the Island of Noirmoutier, Zoo des Sables d'Olonne, the Marais Poitevin, the Cathedral of Luzon, Puy du Fou reachable in 1 hour and 30 minutes, Ile d'Yeu located at about 1/2h by boat and Pornic.
