Historic stone cottage located in a small mountain village in the Belluno Dolomites. Recently restored and equipped with every sort of amenity: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and jacuzzi. The owner lives in another house on the same property. This 1900 house is located in Ponte delle Alpi and has been restored down to the smallest details. Its historic character has been cleverly maintained: the thick stone walls and tastefully chosen furnishings by the owners make the atmosphere warm, welcoming but at the same time functional. The cottage has three storeys: on the ground floor there is the living area embellished by a fireplace (which can be used by guests), on the first floor there is the master bedroom with a large windowed area that reveals a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape and on the second floor there is a bedroom/sitting area with two single beds, a sofa, TV and a desk. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, has a tub/shower with whirlpool and is ideal for spending some relaxation time. On the ground floor there's a veranda (covered) with table and chairs where you can have breakfast or lunch. The garden, shared with the owner, is developed over two levels and is very nice: fragrant flowers, colourful shrubs and produce from the garden make it aesthetically very enjoyable.
