The house is located on the road to As Modias, in the parish of Porto, in the municipality of Cabanas (A Coruña), close to the pine forest and 130 meters from the beaches of A Magdalena Chamoso and Río Castro. The enclosing walls that separate the houses from the road are built in a similar way to the facades, with granite masonry walls, the space that exists between the houses and the sidewalk is landscaped with grass, shrubs, and trees similar to those existing in the environment.
