My husband and I are going abroad for and are therefore renting out our apartment for this period. It is a 3-room apartment with a very spacious terrace in a new building directly on the Neckar. Since we can only take our personal belongings with us, the apartment remains furnished. So everything you need for daily life is there, including 2 garage parking spaces. We are plant lovers and are hoping for someone who has a green thumb and can and wants to look after our house and garden plants. The apartment is directly on the Neckar near the dam. With the window open you can hear the Neckar, which we personally find very nice. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the Neckar Bridge. Bus 22 leaves just around the corner, and in 5 minutes you can reach the "Blaue Brücke" bus stop, where other buses leave, including the 13, which also goes to the university hospital and Morgenstelle. The train station is also a 10-minute walk away. The same goes for shops. The apartment is perfect for one person or a couple. It is not suitable for shared accommodation. The apartment is still quite new and furnished to a high standard, which is why our furniture and the apartment should be treated accordingly. Plant care is particularly important to us. The washing machine and dryer are in the basement. Wi-Fi is included. If required, 2 bicycles could be made available, but these would have to be serviced again to be ready to ride. We may extend our stay, then the apartment would be available until June 30, 2025. View more View less Mein Mann und ich gehen ins Ausland und vermieten deshalb unsere Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum. Es handelt sich um eine 3-Zimmer Wohnung mit sehr großzügiger Terrasse in einem Neubau direkt am Neckar. Da wir nur unsere persönlichen Sachen mitnehmen können, bleibt die Wohnung möbliert. Es ist also alles vorhanden, was man zum täglichen Leben so braucht, inklusive 2 Garagenstellplätzen. Wir sind Pflanzenliebhaber und hoffen auf jemanden, der einen grünen Daumen hat und sich um unsere Zimmer- und Gartenpflanzen kümmern kann und möchte. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Neckar Höhe des Stauwehrs. Bei geöffnetem Fenster kann man den Neckar hören, was wir persönlich sehr schön finden. Zur Fuß braucht man an die Neckarbrücke 10 Minuten. Es fährt der Bus 22 direkt ums Eck ab, in 5 Minuten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle "Blaue Brücke" hier fahren weitere Busse ab, u.a. die 13 welche auch zur Uniklinik und an die Morgenstelle fährt. Am Bahnhof ist man ebenfalls in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ebenso an Einkaufsläden. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Person bzw. ein Pärchen geeignet. Sie ist nicht WG-geeignet. Die Wohnung ist noch recht neu und hochwertig eingerichtet, weshalb dementsprechend mit unseren Möbeln und der Wohnung umgegangen werden sollte. Wichtig wäre uns v.a. die Pflanzenpflege. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Keller. Wlan ist inklusive. Bei Bedarf könnten 2 Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt werden, diese müssten aber nochmal zum Service um fahrbereit zu sein.
