The Villa Turtle Beach is a wonderful vacation home in the center of Albufeira, just a few minutes' walk from the historic center of Albufeira and the colorful Marina. With an unbeatable location, a heated private pool, and stunning sea views, this villa is the perfect vacation home for a relaxing holiday in Albufeira. The villa includes free Wi-Fi access and air conditioning in some rooms and the living room. The property has 4 floors, as well as a rooftop terrace, from which you can enjoy the panoramic views of the sea and the city. On the second level, there is a twin bedroom where you can wake up to ocean views, as well as 2 bathrooms. Two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom are located on the first level, and the remaining bedroom is on the ground floor, with a bathroom. The lower floor of the property houses the living areas, with a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, hob, and oven, as well as a pantry. The cozy living/dining room allows for family meals and gatherings, and has direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool, where you can enjoy an outdoor meal cooked on the barbecue while taking in the scenery. On the pool terrace, you will find sun loungers to soak up the sun between dips in the private (heated as an optional extra) pool. The Villa Turtle Beach has an incredibly central location, in a residential neighborhood in Albufeira. The property is just a 2-minute walk from the nearest supermarket (Intermarché) and has a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes in the vicinity. The famous Peneco Elevator, which provides access to the beach, is just a 6-minute walk away, the Old Town of Albufeira is a 10-minute walk, and the Albufeira Strip is just a 10-minute drive. You don't need to rent a car, but if you want to, we can help you book one upon request. Other transportation options include local public transport, the Albufeira 'Giro' with various routes around the city, and readily available local taxis at reasonable prices (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking, so we can confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Heating the pool will always be an added benefit for your vacation, especially when traveling with children. The water temperature when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5°C and 8°C higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in time: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Check-out time: 10:00 AM The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card). A 2.9% booking fee, insurance, and archiving fee will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Prices are for up to 10 people. From the 11th to the 12th person, an additional charge will be applied, which includes an extra bed (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). For date changes, the fee is €150.
