When coming back, you have an exterior shower in case you want to wash off the salt before entering the house. Es Barcarés is a quiet summer location belonging to Alcudia, where despite of the little services, it still is a privileged area thanks to the rocky and sandy beach of Morer Vermell nearby and the only restaurant of this urbanisation next to. Other paradisaical sandy coves like Sant Joan and Mal Pas also are very near. Regarding the services, Alcudia offers all kind of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes and amazing places like its medieval wall or the traditional flea market that takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays. This is a wonderful house just by the sea with an amazing viewpoint to Pollença Bay. The house is surrounded by the sea in both sides. It can accommodate 4 people. The views from the terrace and the location of this modernized fishermen’s house, make the perfect place to spend your holiday. In fact, the terraces are usually the favourite corner of the house. There you will be able to relax, sunbathe, have dinner with your friends and family or read a book, while enjoying the beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea and Cap de Formentor, one of the nicest places in Mallorca. . The house consists of a suitably furnished living-dining room, an independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook the dishes you want most. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and the second with two single beds. There is a second bathroom with shower on the first floor. The house has three electric radiators, one in each bedroom and one in the living-dining room. In the bathrooms you will find a radiator. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. The area is very quiet, as not may neighbours are around. You can still feel the fishermen lifestyle of years ago. In the past, fishermen used to go fishing with their “llaüts” (Majorcan traditional boats) and then go to the Lonja in Alcudia to sell it. From this lovely house you will be able to do some walking or cycling trips: Costa del Cap del Pinar, Albufereta de Pollença or visit the medieval town of Alcudia which still conserves its impressive wall. Impressive house in Alcúdia with private pool and beautiful views of the mountains, 4.5 km from the beach, and with capacity for 8 guests. Start the day with a refreshing bath in the 8.5 x 4.5 meter freshwater pool. It is kept clean with chlorine and has a water depth of 1 - 1,9m. Loungers invite you to relax on the pool terrace. To protect yourself from the midday sun there is a furnished pergola. The staircase leads from the pool terrace to the well-kept garden with a large lawn area for children to play and the furnished veranda, ideal for barbecues with friends and family. The decor of the 2-storey house is rustic and you will immediately feel at home. Relax a moment in the living-dining area or watch a program on the satellite TV (German and English channels) before you prepare together one of your favorite dishes. The dining area can seat 8 people. In the kitchen, with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, dishes, and much more, you will miss nothing. The well was formerly used for water supply, but today has only decorative purposes. There is a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. In total, the house has 4 double bedrooms, all of them on the first floor. Three of them have two single beds and one has a double bed. In addition, upstairs there are two bathrooms with bathtubs. Beautiful apartment for 4-6 people on the seafront, ideal especially for families with children in Puerto de Alcudia. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a closed residential area, consisting of four units. The garden is shared and nice for sunbathing on one of the twelve sun loungers and has direct access to the beach. The apartment features a beautifully furnished private veranda perfect for your meals by the sea and for enjoying a drink when the sun goes down, an incomparable plan because the sunset here is spectacular! Inside we find a comfortable living room with a TV with satellite channels and air conditioning. The kitchen, with a gas stove, is fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your vacation. If you prefer to enjoy your meals indoors, you can place the outdoor table inside from the terrace. There are three bedrooms, two of which have a closet. One has a double bed, another two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and the last one has a 90 x 1.80 bunk bed which we recommend for children.
