The exterior area is amazing thanks to the clear and wonderful panoramic view to the fields and the mountain range around the majestic two storey building and the beautiful chlorine pool that sizes 10 x 5 metres and has a water depth from 1.2 to 2.1 metres. You will find several charming corners to enjoy either a good breakfast or a succulent barbecue with the company of the landscape, the sun and a the total privacy. There are several tables with chairs, 6 sunbeds, a great porch with a barbecue and the tennis table. The property is about 14000 m2 and it is fenced. The inside surprises with the high ceilings that give the feeling of spaciousness in the large living room, which is open to the dining kitchen.
