In the summer, it feels great to be able to invite to this magnificent garden that offers, among other things, an herb garden, summer berries, apple trees and a small pond and the sound of rippling water from a small waterfall. Around the garden there are seats to enjoy nature and silence. With just a few minutes walk you reach the lake Lången which is a municipal bathing place with sandy beach and jetty. For those who want to go fishing, it is possible to rent a rowing boat with electric motor and 2 adult life jackets and a child vest for a fee, then contact the owner. With only 750 meters from the house you will find the well-visited Långshyttan moose park. In here, everyone is welcome, big and small, to pet and feed the king of the forest, the moose. With only a 36 minute drive you will reach the Falu copper mine, here you can join adventures down in the mine and hear about its millennial history and experience the special environment with winding passages and large rock chambers. The mining tour goes through parts of the mine dating from the 17th century. In Borlänge you can visit Sahlin's ostrich farm on the farm there is a cafe and farm shop.
