Enjoy the peace in this beautiful townhouse in Ariany, in the center of Mallorca. Its beautiful backyard and bright modern interior will delight our 4 guests. The house has a spacious backyard where you will find everything you need to enjoy the good Mediterranean weather: the chlorinated private above-ground pool that measures 4 meters in diameter and has a depth of 1.10 meters; the lawn area with loungers perfect for sunbathing; the porch at the back where you can relax and have a drink at sunset; and the terrace next to the house where you can taste delicious barbecued meats and vegetables. The house has direct neighbors. The single storey house has been tastefully renovated while maintaining some traditional elements. In the living room you can relax while watching TV-sat by the heat of the wood stove on the coldest days. The large air-conditioned eat-in kitchen is equipped with an induction top. Then we have the two bedrooms with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with a shower each. One has twin beds and the other has a double bed. There is a third bathroom with a bathtub in the house.
