La camera da letto principale è dotata di un letto king-size (1,80 x 2 metri), uno spogliatoio e una terrazza di 23 m² con splendida vista sul giardino. È un bel posto per godersi un bicchiere di vino con il proprio partner. La stanza ha un oblò che puoi coprire. Anche la seconda camera è molto spaziosa e dispone di 2 letti singoli. La 3a e la 4a camera da letto si trovano al piano terra. Uno ha vista sulla piscina e un letto matrimoniale. L'altra, con vista sul giardino, offre due letti singoli. Tutte e quattro le camere sono dotate di ventilatore.Il luminoso soggiorno-sala da pranzo è ben arredato con pezzi unici in marmo e sculture realizzate con pietre dei Monti Tramuntana. Inoltre ci sono comodi divani, un enorme tavolo da pranzo per un massimo di 16 persone, un caminetto, TV satellitare e Wi-Fi. Oltre al soggiorno-pranzo, c'è un'altra sala da pranzo accanto alla cucina e un secondo soggiorno. La casa dispone di due bagni con vasca e bidet, uno per piano.La cucina ha accesso al giardino ed è ben attrezzata. La casa è dotata di piccoli elettrodomestici che rendono un po' più confortevole il soggiorno lontano da casa come lavastoviglie, fornello a gas, frullatore, ferro da stiro, lavatrice ecc.Anche gli esterni della casa sono un posto meraviglioso per godersi la vacanza: fare un barbecue con gli amici, nuotare in piscina, crogiolarsi al sole o giocare con i propri bambini nell'immenso giardino (prato di 200 m2). La terrazza è un bel posto per cenare o pranzare insieme, poiché è dotata di 14 sedie e un grande tavolo. Nel giardino ci sono 6 lettini, 2 ombrelloni e una vasca per i pesci con una piccola cascata. La piscina di 30 mq (cloro) è un vero gioiello! C'è anche una piscina per bambini con una profondità di 0,45 metri. C'è un bagno con doccia esterna.La casa è vicina al centro di Inca, dove potrete trovare tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno durante la vostra vacanza: mercato rionale, ambulatorio, ospedale, ristoranti, bar, supermercato, bancomat, ecc. Inca è famosa in tutta l'isola per la qualità dei prodotti in pelle, il suo mercato settimanale (il giovedì) e le sue “cellers” (ristoranti con cucina tipica maiorchina). È molto interessante visitare le tre chiese in stile gotico di Inca, il monastero di “San Bartolomé” e la cappella di “Santa Magdalena” in cima ad una collina. “Plaza del Àngel” è una zona bar per godersi la vita notturna di Maiorca.La baia di Alcudia è a soli 30 minuti di auto ed è lunga più di 30 km. Potrai trovare zone tranquille come Platja de Muro e spiagge vivaci come Puerto de Alcúdia, dove potrai goderti una cena guardando il tramonto.Informazioni importanti
