You are in the middle of the beautiful nature reserve of the Zuidlaardermeer, where you can walk, cycle, sail, fish and swim to your heart's content. You can see many rare species here, including the beaver, the otter, the stoat, the weasel, the white-cheeked tern and even the sea eagle! The large beach of Meerwijck, with a beach club and various facilities, is a short distance away. For culture and entertainment, you can visit the city of Groningen, which is only a 20-minute drive away. Or you can take the train from Kropswolde station and be there in 11 minutes. From this station, you can even take the train to Germany for a day trip. You can also relax in the sauna, with a good book by the stove in the garden room or by casting a fishing rod from the private jetty. The new, modern kitchen is really equipped with all conveniences and offers you the chance to show off your cooking skills. The holiday home offers plenty of space and a unique layout. There is room for several private boats and the accommodation offers parking for up to 4 cars. A private sloop is regularly moored at the jetty and can be reserved optionally, if available. There are 2 bicycles included with the house, one for the man and one for the woman, there are also 2 SUP boards for adults and 1 for a child, which are free to use.
