The flat is located in Casale di Adriano, an old farmhouse dating back to the 18th century which has been completely renovated with modern and functional elements, equipped with an anti-theft system with cameras and WiFi, and is situated on the Astigiana hills on the Royal Road of Turin wines. The large studio apartment, located on the ground floor of the farmhouse, is surrounded by a large garden with views of the hills. The open space offers a double bed, a single sofa bed, a kitchenette equipped with dishwasher and a bathroom.
