This striking 1-bedroom mansion in Isola Superiore (Stresa) is at a walking distance from Lake Maggiore. The mansion enjoys panoramic views over the lake. You can stay here in comfort with a small family or group of 4 persons. Isola Superiore, an island on Lake Maggiore, is the only permanently inhabited island in the archipelago. There are small beach areas on both sides of the Island. Local handicrafts can be purchased at the town center at 1 km, which is also great to enjoy the streetscape. It is a good starting point for discovering the area through public transport or boat. Several traditional restaurants serve up delicious dishes, based almost entirely on fish. You will find supermarkets at 3 km. The mansion has an oven in the kitchen to bake cakes and pizzas whenever you wish. Although on a small island in the middle of the lake, guests always have a free WiFi connection. You also have central heating for comfort in winter. A cot and a high chair can be requested here.

Dit comfortabele vakantiehuis met 1 slaapkamer ligt direct aan het Lago Maggiore, op het eiland Isola Superiore Pescatori. Dit huis bestaat uit 3 mooie appartementen met een prachtig uitzicht over het meer en de bergen. Het eiland ligt op 300 m van de oever en maakt deel uit van de archipel van de Isole Borromee. Het is het enige eiland dat permanent bewoond wordt. Het eiland heeft een klein bewoond centrum met typische huisjes. Dit is een ideaal startpunt om de omgeving te verkennen (per openbaar vervoer of met een gehuurde boot). Denk aan de verschillende eilanden op het meer en hun attracties, de villa's, de rivièra, de dorpjes, de natuur en het berggebied. De accommodatie is eenvoudig en comfortabel ingericht. Autoverkeer is hier niet toegestaan en de auto kan je parkeren in Stresa of Baveno. Van daaruit zijn er prima verbindingen via de openbare veerdienst of met de taxiboten. De vriendelijke eigenaar kan de overtocht van en naar het eiland organiseren met een motorbootdienst.

Das Haus umfasst 3 Appartements mit wunderschönem Blick auf den See. Die Appartements sind liebevoll eingerichtet und haben einige antike Möbelstücke zu bieten. Die Isola Superiore Pescatori gehört zu den Isole Borromee. Am Lago Maggiore ist dies die einzige Insel, die ganzjährig bewohnt ist. Die Insel ist 350 Meter lang und 100 Meter breit. Sie umfasst eine kleine Wohngegend mit typischen mehrstöckigen Gebäuden (mit langen Balkonen von denen aus man fischen kann), mit einem Dorfplatz, malerischen, engen Gassen und einer Hauptstraße am See entlang. Die 50 Einwohner leben von der Fischerei und vom Tourismus. Die Insel ist seit mindestens 700 Jahren bewohnt. Außer den schönen Bäumen findet man auf dem kleinen, charakteristischen Markt auch lokale Handwerksprodukte. Einige typische Restaurants bieten deliziöse Speisen, vor allem aber Fisch an. Auf beiden Seiten der Insel sind kleinere Strände zu finden. Die Insel ist verkehrsfrei. Autos müssen auf den öffentlichen oder privaten (kostenlos oder gegen Gebühr) in Stresa oder Baveno geparkt werden. Von dort aus gibt es gute Verbindungen zur Insel mit öffentlichen Schiffen oder Taxibooten. Der freundliche Eigentümer organisiert auf Anfrage die Überfahrt von bzw. auf die Insel. Preise für die Überfahrt ab 10 Euro. Die Unterkunft, einfach aber komfortabel, ermöglicht Ihnen nicht nur einen schönen Aufenthalt, sondern ist auch ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden (mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder mit einem gemieteten Boot): die verschiedenen Inseln im See und die Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Villen, die Promenade, die Dörfer, die Natur, die Berggegend, etc. Obwohl auf einer kleinen Insel in der Mitte des Sees, die Gäste immer kostenlosen WiFi-Verbindung Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt , um die internationale Veranstaltung EXPO 2015 in Mailand zu besuchen.
Fascinante maison de vacances très particulière, à 10 mètres des eaux du Lac Majeur, sur lÎle Supérieure des Pêcheurs. Cette maison se compose de 3 appartements offrant une magnifique vue sur le lac. Ils sont aménagés avec soin avec certains meubles dépoque. LÎle Supérieure des Pêcheurs fait partie de larchipel des îles Borromée, sur le Lac Majeur, et est la seule à être constamment habitée. Elle mesure 50 mètres de long et 100 mètres de large, elle comporte un petit centre habité aux caractéristiques maisons à plusieurs étages (ayant de longs balcons servant à faire sécher les poissons), avec sa petite place, ses ruelles étroites colorées, et sa rue principale près des rives du lac. Les 50 habitants vivent de la pêche et du tourisme. Habitée depuis au moins 700 ans, elle présente un belvédère bordé darbres ; on peut y trouver et acheter des objets dartisanat local dans son petit marché caractéristique. Quelques restaurants caractéristiques préparent de délicieux repas, surtout composés de poissons. Il y a de petites plages caractéristiques sur les deux côtés les plus longs de lîle. Sur lîle, il nest pas possible de circuler en voiture ; celles-ci doivent être garées dans des parkings (gratuits ou payants) à Stresa ou à Baveno. A partir de là, vous pouvez emprunter le service public de navigation ou prendre les bateaux taxis. Laimable propriétaire peut dailleurs organiser le transport depuis / vers lîle avec un service conventionné de vedette à moteur ; prix à partir de 10 euros seulement (service à demander à lavance). L'habitation, simple mais confortable, n'est pas seulement un agréable lieu de séjour mais aussi un point de départ idéal pour partir à la découverte des environs (par les transports publics ou en louant un bateau) : les différentes îles du lac et ses attractions, les villas, la riviera, les petits villages, la nature, la région montagneuse, etc. Bien que sur une petite île au milieu du lac, les clients ont toujours la connexion WiFi gratuite. Cette maison de vacances est un bon point de départ pour visiter l'événement international EXPO 2015 in Milan.
Casa vacanze affascinante e particolarissima, a 10 metri dalle acque del Lago Maggiore, sull'Isola Superiore Pescatori. Questa casa è composta da 3 deliziosi appartamenti con un meraviglioso panorama sul lago. Sono arredati con cura e sono presenti alcuni mobili d'epoca. L'Isola Superiore Pescatori fa parte dell'arcipelago delle Isole Borromee, sul Lago Maggiore ed è l'unica ad essere stabilmente abitata. E' lunga 350 metri e larga 100, ospita un piccolo centro abitato dalle caratteristiche case a più piani (con lunghi balconi per essiccare il pesce), con una piazzetta, pittoreschi stretti vicoli, il lungolago e la via principale. I 50 abitanti vivono di pesca e turismo. Abitata da almeno 700 anni, presenta un belvedere alberato, si possono trovare e comprare oggetti di artigianato locale nel piccolo e caratteristico mercatino. Alcuni caratteristici ristoranti offrono cibi prelibati, soprattutto a base di pesce. Ci sono piccoli tratti di spiaggia su entrambi i lati lunghi dell'isola. Sull'isola non è possibile circolare con le auto, che devono essere parcheggiate in parcheggi pubblici o privati (gratis o a pagamento) a Stresa o a Baveno. Da lì ci sono poi degli ottimi collegamenti mediante il servizio di navigazione pubblico oppure con taxiboats. Il gentilissimo proprietario può inoltre organizzare il trasferimento da/per l'isola con un servizio convenzionato di motoscafo, prezzi a partire da soli 10 Euro (servizio da richiedere in anticipo). L'appartamento, semplice ma comfortabile, è anche una buona posizione per vedere l'ambiente con le isole del Lago Maggiore e i palazzi, giardini, ville, riviera, paese, natura ecc. ecc. Anche se in una piccola isola in mezzo al lago gli ospiti avranno sempre un collegamento col mondo attraverso un ottimo servizio INTERNET WIFI. Questa casa vacanze è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare l'evento internazionale EXPO 2015, a Milano.

Esta impresionante mansión de 1 dormitorio en Isola Superiore (STRESA) se encuentra a poca distancia a pie del lago Maggiore. La mansión disfruta de las vistas panorámicas al lago. Puede permanecer aquí con comodidad con una pequeña familia o grupo de 4 personas. Isola Superiore, una isla en el lago Maggiore, es la única isla permanentemente habitada en el archipiélago.
