On the other side of the Kungsbackafjord lies Tjolöholm Castle, Sweden's only Tudor castle. Well worth a visit. Feel free to visit the cultural reserve Äskhults By and Naturum Fjärås Bräcka. Vallda Sandö is not, as the name suggests, an island but a peninsula. Here you can both watch birds and flowers or take a bath. For the shopping enthusiast, there is Hede Outlet, a shopping center in Hede in the northern part of Kungsbacka. Fishing in the sea is free and in Kungsbackaån there are both trout and salmon and also one of Sweden's best perch fish. Fishing license required. The owner of the house lives on the same plot, but you have your own part of the garden as well as your own parking and entrance. The cabin feels very spacious and airy thanks to the fact that it is open all the way up in the ridge. Large windows with a view from the inside both out to the balcony and the sea in the distance. The large cabin has a combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a nice dining area, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, stove, coffee maker and kettle. For the youngest there is a high chair. Here there is a sofa bed for 2 people that can easily be spread out for the evening (150*190cm). There is a bedroom with two single beds (90cm) that can be put together to make a double bed if desired. In the bedroom there is good storage on a shelf as well as wardrobes and a full length mirror. The cabin accommodates a maximum of 4 people and is best suited for 2 adults with 2 children. Contact Stugsommar if you would like a travel cot for children. Not for rent to young people under 25 years of age. Guardian must be in the cottage during the entire stay. 2 adult bicycles with luggage racks are available. It takes 7 minutes by bike to Gottskär and the harbour. Here there are restaurants, swimming, marina, ice cream kiosk and some summers also After Beach. Also take a trip to Lerkil and buy fresh seafood directly from the Fishing Boat. In the area there are nice walking paths and a well-visited nature reserve. There are also 4 golf courses within a 2 mile radius. If you want to explore the towns around the accommodation, it is 10 minutes to Kungsbacka and the popular Kungsmässan with a variety of shops. Hede Fashion Outlet is 15 minutes from the cottage and Gothenburg with Liseberg only 30 minutes away by car.

Here there is also a very nice swimming area called Utholmen, where there is both a jumping tower, a sandy beach, a jetty with a ladder and lovely hills with grass to run on. Gothenburg and Liseberg can be reached by car within 40 minutes and in the same time you can get to Varberg. Kungsbacka is only 20 minutes from the accommodation and here you can find the Kungsmässan, Hede Fashion Outlet and many different shops and restaurants. A perfect accommodation for family, friends or couples. For those who like to paddle a canoe, kayak or SUP, there are many nice bays to discover. Welcome to Onsala in northern Halland and a wonderful cottage with a sea view, close to swimming, fishing, harmony, nature and wonderful moments together. Here you live close to the sea, popular Gottskär and Malöns Nature Reserve. The accommodation consists of two separate cottages that are close to each other. The larger cabin, built in the mid-1950s, has been preserved with wood-clad walls in the way typical summer cabins were built in the past. Large lovely kitchen with stove, oven, fridge & freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dining table with chairs and a high chair for the youngest traveller. Up two steps you enter the living room, which has a corner sofa, table and TV. Here there is a balcony door with an exit to the cottage's terrace with outdoor furniture. If you look to the right, there is another terrace built for the best view of the sea, also with outdoor furniture to be able to enjoy all the outdoor hours of the day. The cottage has two separate bedrooms next to each other. The first with a double bed 180cm and the second with a bunk bed 90/90cm. In the cabin there is also a travel cot with duvet and pillow for baby and there is room for it either in the living room or the kitchen. Next to the bedroom with the double bed is a bathroom with toilet and sink. The shower is wisely placed with its own entrance from the outside of the cabin so you can easily use the toilet and shower separately. In front of the cabin is the guest cabin, which is smartly furnished with a bunk bed 90/90 cm and a two-seater bedsofa as well as a small chest of drawers with water. This is very popular for the young people who want to have a bit of time for themselves on holiday to cozy up. Outside, there is also a private small terrace here. The cabin is right next to a large nature area and there are nice walking paths to discover. At the distance of a bathrobe, you take your morning and evening dip, and if you want an activity, there is a lovely lawn on the property for some soft tennis, football or a game of dice. If you want to make an excursion to Liseberg and Gothenburg, it only takes 45 minutes by car. If you are looking for shopping, there is Hede Fashion Outlet in Kungsbacka, Gekås in Ullared or Kungsbacka's lovely Galleria. The coastal communities of Falkenberg and Varberg can also be reached within 60 minutes. Youth groups cannot book the accommodation. Here, a guardian is required during the entire stay.
