From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful sunset and midnight sun that can be seen on good weather days in spring and summer, a great experience. Eagles are constantly hovering over the roof, and there are a lot of moose in the area. In winter, it is great to observe the northern lights. The shipping lane passes by and the Hurtigruten passes daily. The area has a great hiking terrain with many hiking trails along the fjord and in the mountains.
