Holiday home by the sea in Jennestad just north of the coastal town of Sortland. Great starting point for day trips around Vesterålen and Lofoten. Beautiful scenery for bike rides, bikes are available. The house was built in 1971. Bathroom renovated 2020. 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed for 2. In the living room, there is a TV with the Norwegian channel NRK and a fireplace that provides good warmth on cold days. The house is surrounded by forest and located 100 m from the sea, some views of the beautiful coastal landscape to the north. Great location when the midnight sun shines in spring and summer, and in winter when the northern lights can be seen in all shades of color in the sky. The large living room windows provide close contact with nature. The plot is sunny and has a lawn in front of the house. Covered terrace where you can sit outside even on days with changing weather. By the sea you find Jennestad Handelssted, where trade has been conducted since 1830, today a museum and well worth visiting. 8 km to the coastal town of Sortland with shops and restaurants. A great starting point for day trips by car around to the many small fishing villages in Vesterålen and Lofoten. In the fishing village of Andenes, whale watching is an exciting experience for the whole family. Visit the old fishing village of Nyksund, which used to be one of the largest fishing villages in Vesterålen but was vacated in the 1970s. 4 bicycles for adults can be used. Das 1971 erbaute Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einer Ebene. Das Badezimmer wurde 2020 renoviert. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer, davon zwei mit Doppelbett und eines mit Etagenbett mit zwei Kojen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Kamin, der an kühleren Tagen für gute Wärme sorgt. Sie wohnen hier von Wald umgeben, dennoch nur 100 m vom Meer entfernt und mit Ausblick zur herrlichen Küstenlandschaft im Norden. Toller Ort, wenn im Frühling und Sommer die Mitternachtssonne scheint und im Winter, wenn die Nordlichter in allen Farbschattierungen am Himmel zu sehen sind. Die großen Wohnzimmerfenster sorgen für einen engen Kontakt mit der Natur. Das Grundstück ist sonnig und bietet eine Rasenfläche vor dem Haus.
