View more View less Die Villa Grazia wurde vom Architekten Libero Cecchini, einem visionären veronesischen Architekten, konzipiert und gebaut und liegt am Stadtrand von Verona, immer noch eingebettet in die Weinberge des Valpolicella. Das Anwesen liegt in einem etwa 10.000 Quadratmeter großen Park mit hohen Bäumen, blühenden Büschen, Rosengärten, Essenzen, einem Tennisplatz und einer Bowlingbahn und strahlt Emotionen und Hinweise auf die Vergangenheit aus. Conceived and built by the architect Libero Cecchini, a visionary Veronese architect, Villa Grazia is located on the outskirts of Verona still immersed in the Valpolicella vineyards. The property set in a park of about 10,000 square meters including tall trees, flowering bushes, rose gardens, essences, a tennis court and bowling lane, exudes emotions and hints of the past. The stucco walls and ceilings, the exposed concrete inserts, the solid wood paneling, the Verona red, Portuguese pink and Biancone Valpolicella marble floors, the full-height open spaces with central fireplace, as well as the staircase, convey an architectural harmony and a feeling of comfort that only the ingenious planning of a globally recognized architect, also a teacher at the Polytechnic University of Milan, can give.
