Über eine beeindruckende Steintreppe gelangen wir in den ersten Stock, wo sich die Wohnung befindet. Ein großer Raum empfängt uns, der mit kunstvollen Stuckarbeiten, Gemälden und antiken Möbeln verziert ist und gemütliche Sitzecken und eine Essecke mit eleganten Möbeln und schönen Glasarbeiten beherbergt. Von den Fenstern aus kann man das Leben am Canal Grande aus der ersten Reihe beobachten und hat einen der einzigartigsten Ausblicke auf Venedig, wie z. B. auf die Accademia-Brücke und das Markusbecken. In der Nische hinter den Vorhängen befindet sich das Doppelbett, von dem aus Sie die Palazzi auf der anderen Seite des Canal Grande bewundern können. Auf der rechten Seite befindet sich eine hübsche und funktionelle Küche. Auf der linken Seite des großen Raumes befindet sich ein kleineres Schlafzimmer mit ebenso schöner Aussicht und einem bequemen Doppelbett. Die Wohnung liegt im Accademia-Viertel und ist nur wenige Minuten von den bekanntesten Museen der Stadt entfernt, z. B. von der Peggy Guggenheim Collection. Das Gebäude verfügt außerdem über einen eigenen Bootsanleger, der mit dem Wassertaxi erreichbar ist. Salendo una impressionante scalinata in pietra, arriviamo al primo piano dove si trova l'appartamento. Un ampio spazio ci accoglie, decorato da stucchi intricati, dipinti e mobili antichi, ospitando accoglienti aree salotto e un angolo pranzo circondato da eleganti arredi e raffinati lavori in vetro. Dalle finestre, si ha un posto in prima fila per osservare la vita che scorre lungo il Canal Grande, con una delle viste più uniche di Venezia, come il Ponte dell'Accademia e il bacino di San Marco. Nella sua alcova, dietro le tende, si trova il letto matrimoniale da cui si possono ammirare i Palazzi dall'altro lato del Canal Grande. A destra, troviamo una graziosa e funzionale cucina. From our first steps into the 15th century courtyard, we are surrounded by an air of mystery and old stories hidden in the details, such as the lamp posts and the figurehead belonging to one of the Morosini galleys. We move up an impressive stone staircase to the first floor where the apartment is. A large open space welcomes us in, decorated by intricate stuccos, paintings and antiques. The open space hosts inviting seating areas and a dining corner surrounded by elegant furniture and fine glass work. From the windows, you have a front row seat to the life that hurries along the Grand Canal, with one of the most unique views in Venice, such as the Accademia Bridge and the San Marco basin. Tucked in its alcove, behind draperies lies the master bed from which one can see the Palazzi on the other side of the Grand Canal. On the right of the open space, we find a gracious and functional kitchen. As we cross back to the left of the grand room, we find a smaller bedroom with just as beautiful views and a comfortable queen size bed.
