The apartment has a kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom on the ground floor with access to a terrace. There is underfloor heating and a heat pump on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with sea views and a room with a bunk bed and access to a balcony with sea views and a landing with a sofa bed. TV 2 + German channels In the area there are large common areas that invite you to play and play ball games. Not available for youth groups.
