The promising-buyer undertakes that the construction of the main building on the targeted land will be commenced within eighteen (18) months of the signing of the notarized deed of sale. The promising-purchaser undertakes to construct on the targeted land, no later than twenty-four (24) months following the date of signature of the notarial contract, a main building intended to be used for residential purposes, which must be carried out in accordance with the City's urban planning by-laws, after obtaining a permit to carry out the work.
