Current zoning allows up to 10,000 SF of non-residential uses or up to 32,000 SF of space as well as an 80 key hotel. Any other uses must undergo a rezoning process through the City of Deland. LOCATION & AREA INFORMATION Parcel "A" is less than 1/2 mile from the 164 bed Advent Health Hospital while Parcel "B" is adjacent to the east of the expansion parcel recently purchased.
