We're renting our beautiful attic apartment in Friedrichshain for about 4 months, from begin of December 2024 until end of March 2025, exact dates are flexible. Perfect for a single person working from home, or a couple, with or without kids and pets. You will love this spacious space especially for its great location in a vibrant district; but very pretty and quiet street/area while still close to many hot spots. The apartment is has 130 m2 and two big bright rooms. This includes a very large living room with a connection to an open kitchen-living room. (A built-in partition allows separation if desired). Newly built in the living room is the wooden bunk bed where two people can easily sleep. Perfect for guests or friends that stay over. The flat has a large bathroom with a bathtub and a small guest bathroom. An open kitchen with views and access to the balcony, which overlooks the very quiet backyard and thus allows for plenty of peace and quiet. The balcony is south/east, so you can enjoy the sun from morning to afternoon. Furthermore, a separate and also large bedroom, which has a small storage room, and is divided into two areas: bed as well as a work area (desk with a view to the backyard). In the back of the bedroom, a door leads to the open closet. The building has an elevator, and a backyard for bicycles. Sie werden diesen geräumigen Raum vor allem für seine großartige Lage in einem pulsierenden Viertel lieben; aber sehr hübsch und ruhig Straße / Bereich, während immer noch in der Nähe von vielen Hot Spots. Die Wohnung hat 130 m2 und zwei große helle Zimmer. Dazu gehört ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit einer Verbindung zu einer offenen Wohnküche (eine eingebaute Trennwand ermöglicht eine Abtrennung, falls gewünscht). Neu im Wohnzimmer ist das Etagenbett aus Holz, in dem zwei Personen bequem schlafen können. Perfekt für Gäste oder Freunde, die über Nacht bleiben. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und ein kleines Gästebad. Eine offene Küche mit Blick und Zugang zum Balkon, der den sehr ruhigen Hinterhof überblickt und somit viel Ruhe ermöglicht. Der Balkon ist nach Süden/Osten ausgerichtet, so dass Sie von morgens bis nachmittags die Sonne genießen können. Des Weiteren gibt es ein separates und ebenfalls großes Schlafzimmer, das über einen kleinen Abstellraum verfügt und in zwei Bereiche unterteilt ist: Bett sowie Arbeitsbereich (Schreibtisch mit Blick auf den Hinterhof). Im hinteren Teil des Schlafzimmers führt eine Tür zu einem offenen Kleiderschrank. Das Gebäude hat einen Aufzug und einen Hinterhof für Fahrräder.
