The bedroom with a double bed (2x mattress 90x200cm) is adjacent to the kitchen. Here you can enjoy watching television from your bed because there is a second TV in the bedroom. There are also 2 bedside tables, bedside lamps and a wardrobe. The second sleeping accommodation is in the living room, by means of the sofa bed, and is suitable for 2 children. The bathroom has a walk-in/rain shower, toilet and a washbasin, towels can be dried on the towel radiator.
From the seat (table with 2 chairs) on the balcony you can enjoy the view over the Sauerland mountains. Here you can take a lovely walk with your four-legged friend because this accommodation allows one pet, so he/she can come along on holiday. If you would like to use a washing machine during your stay, you can do so free of charge in the shared storage room for bikes and skis, for example.This accommodation is located in the district of Neuastenberg. In this small village near Winterberg you will find a bakery and several restaurants for a cosy bite to eat. In Neuastenberg you will find a small family-friendly ski area including a natural toboggan run. The quiet, friendly environment is great for enjoying the beautiful nature of Sauerland and its surroundings. Plenty to do: come skiing, sledding, hiking or cycling, you won't get bored easily here!Important information

-At some of our accommodations you can use the (communal) swimming pool or there is a swimming pool in the area. Due to the energy measures in Germany, the swimming pools are unfortunately not heated until further notice. Any existing saunas will still work as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience. -We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
-The rental price includes energy costs.
-Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
