Villa San Marino is a wonderfully, bright and spacious, single storey 4-bedroom villa with a private, heatable infinity swimming pool, plus marvellous gardens and a rooftop terrace, all well equipped for dining and unwinding outdoors. This stunning villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. The 4 bedrooms all have double beds and en-suite bathrooms (3 with walk in showers and 1 with a bathtub and overhead shower). There is also an extra guest W.C. The kitchen and living area is open plan and extremely spacious, with a formal dining area which can be accessed through a sliding door and looks onto the games room with a pool table and ping-pong table just outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small breakfast bar, as well as a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, two sinks, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery and utensils. There is also a separate laundry room where the washing machine and ironing facilities can be found. Villa San Marino has a superb, infinity swimming pool (with pool heating as an optional extra) and plenty of sunbeds for lounging in the summer sun. There are two outdoor dining areas, one which is under cover next to the outdoor kitchen, and one in the garden beside the pool. The outdoor areas can be accessed via patio doors from the kitchen, living room, games room and from two of the bedrooms. . The nearest golf course is Alto Golf, just 1.5 km from the villa. . Although it is quite a small village, it has an abundance of good restaurants and a lively night life scene. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. This tax varies depending on the time of year: From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night. From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night. This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
