In Skärlinge leisure village is this small cozy summer cottage with the forest close by. The cottage was built in 1968 and has undergone some ongoing maintenance but has retained its original feel. On 55 sqm you will find three small bedrooms, a living room with dining area for 6 people and a small sofa corner as well as an open-plan kitchen, toilet and a separate shower room and a corner for washing machine / tumble dryer. The house is located on a hilly natural plot with neighbors on the sides and forest at the back. At the back of the house you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace in the morning sun and at the front of the house there is a porch with a roof. Skärlinge leisure village is located on Lisö in Stockholm's southwestern archipelago. Despite its name, Lisön is now only a peninsula with a road all the way out. It is located about 15 km south of Sorunda in Nynäshamn municipality. There are plenty of islands around. Here is a popular bathing spot with bathing jetties, diving towers and sandy beach. On the beach there is also a nice barbecue and a place with campfires and perches. As popular on New Year's Eve as any summer evening. Here in the community, popular midsummer celebrations and pub nights are arranged with singing. The nearest town is Sorunda and here you will find e.g. a. a grocery store and restaurant. During the summer, there is a water shortage in the area. Because of this, the water is turned off between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Feel free to collect the water in a can, bucket if necessary during this time. Nynäshamn is the nearest largest town. Körunda Golf and Conference is just over 20 km away. The nature and proximity to the sea invites to beautiful walks and salty baths. Should you get tired of it, Stockholm is less than an hour's drive away.
