On 55 sqm you will find three small bedrooms, a living room with dining area for 6 people and a small sofa corner as well as an open-plan kitchen, toilet and a separate shower room and a corner for washing machine / tumble dryer. The house is located on a hilly natural plot with neighbors on the sides and forest at the back. At the back of the house you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace in the morning sun and at the front of the house there is a porch with a roof. Skärlinge leisure village is located on Lisö in Stockholm's southwestern archipelago. Despite its name, Lisön is now only a peninsula with a road all the way out. It is located about 15 km south of Sorunda in Nynäshamn municipality. There are plenty of islands around. Here is a popular bathing spot with bathing jetties, diving towers and sandy beach. On the beach there is also a nice barbecue and a place with campfires and perches. As popular on New Year's Eve as any summer evening. Here in the community, popular midsummer celebrations and pub nights are arranged with singing. The nearest town is Sorunda and here you will find e.g. a. a grocery store and restaurant. Nynäshamn is the nearest largest town. Körunda Golf and Conference is just over 20 km away. The nature and proximity to the sea invites to beautiful walks and salty baths. Should you get tired of it, Stockholm is less than an hour's drive away.

Im Ferienhausgebiet Skärlinge Fritidsby findet man auch dieses kleinere Ferienhäuschen, das direkt am Waldrand steht. Es wurde 1968 erbaut und seither liebevoll instand gehalten, wobei der ursprüngliche Stil erhalten wurde. Auf 55 m2 Wohnfläche stehen hier drei kleine Schlafzimmer, ein Wohn-/Essbereich mit Esstisch für 6 Personen und einer kleinen Sofaecke sowie integrierter Küche und außerdem ein kleines WC und ein separates Duschbad zur Verfügung. Im Haus auch Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Das Häuschen liegt auf einem hügeligen Naturgrundstück mit Nachbarn zu beiden Seiten und dem Wald direkt hinter dem Haus. Auf der hinteren Terrasse kann man das Frühstück in der Morgensonne genießen. An der Frontseite des Hauses befindet sich zudem am Eingang eine kleinere, überdachte Veranda. Sie wohnen hier auf der Halbinsel Lisö, im Schärengarten südwestlich von Stockholm. Die Insel ist per Auto erreichbar (ohne Fährüberfahrt) und liegt etwa 15 km südlich von Sorunda im Bezirk Nynäshamn. In der Umgebung findet man viele weitere Inselgemeinden. Es gibt ein beliebtes Badeufer mit Stegen, Sprungtürmen und Sandstrand. Am Strand findet man auch einen Grillplatz und eine Feuerstelle für geselliges Beisammensein. In der nächsten, kleinen Ortschaft Sorunda gibt es einen Lebensmittelladen sowie eine Gaststätte. Nynäshamn ist die nächstgelegene Stadt. Le chalet a été construit en 1968 et a fait l'objet d'un entretien continu mais a conservé son aspect d'origine.
