We make our way to our property crossing Campo Santi Giovanni e Paolo, amidst architectural marvels such as the church of the same name and the Scuola Grande di San Marco, enveloped by the magnificent views and brightness that characterises the whole area. This is a unique property, precisely because of the views over the water, but even more so because of the private water gate directly overlooking the canal.
