We enter the ground floor, which is at street level, and we are greeted by a large entrance hall with vaulted ceilings that leads us to a living room with an interior patio, a bathroom and a bedroom.
We leave this area and look for the staircase that leads us to the first floor.
And we are struck by a beautiful glazed terrace, which gives us the light for a fantastic dining room, and a large open kitchen, with enough space to have breakfast in it, or go outside to enjoy the good weather.
On this floor we also find a courtesy bathroom, and a large en-suite bedroom, with stone wall and access to a charming balcony, with a nice bathroom with shower.
We go up to the upper floor by a staircase with stone walls, to find another lounge/chillout (with the possibility of adapting it to another bedroom) with access to another fantastic terrace/solarium, with unobstructed views.
This floor has a fantastic suite with bathroom with shower.

Ubicada en el pueblo de Sant Pere Pescador, conocido por sus playas salvajes, sus rutas deportivas y sus adeptos a los deportes náuticos.
Una localidad bañada por el mar y por el rio Fluviá.
Nos encontramos con esta bonita casa de 320 m2 útiles..
Entramos a la planta que se encuentra a pie de calle, y nos recibe un amplio recibidor con vueltas en los techos que nos conduce a un salón con un patio interior, un baño y un dormitorio.
Salimos de esta zona y vamos a buscar la escalera que nos conduce a la primera planta.
Y nos llama la atención una bonita terraza acristalada, que nos da la luz para un fantástico comedor, y una gran cocina abierta, con espacio suficiente para desayunar en ella, o salir al exterior a gozar del buen tiempo.
En esta planta también encontramos un baño de cortesía, y un gran dormitorio tipo suite, con pared de piedra y con salida a un coqueto balcón, con un bonito baño con ducha.
Subimos a la planta superior por una escaleras con recorrido de paredes de piedra, para encontrarnos con otro salón/chillout (con posibilidad de adaptarlo a un dormitorio más) con salida a otra fantástica terraza/solárium, con vistas despejadas.

Nous entrons au rez-de-chaussée, qui est au niveau de la rue, et nous sommes accueillis par un grand hall d'entrée avec des plafonds voûtés qui nous mène à un salon avec un patio intérieur, une salle de bain et une chambre.
Nous quittons cette zone et cherchons l'escalier qui nous mène au premier étage.
Et nous sommes frappés par une belle terrasse vitrée, qui nous donne la lumière pour une fantastique salle à manger, et une grande cuisine ouverte, avec suffisamment d'espace pour y prendre le petit-déjeuner, ou sortir dehors pour profiter du beau temps.
À cet étage, nous trouvons également une salle de bains de courtoisie, et une grande chambre en-suite, avec mur en pierre et accès à un charmant balcon, avec une belle salle de bains avec douche.
Nous montons à l'étage supérieur par un escalier aux murs de pierre, pour trouver un autre salon/chillout (avec la possibilité de l'adapter à une autre chambre) avec accès à une autre fantastique terrasse/solarium, avec des vues imprenables.
Cet étage dispose d'une fantastique suite avec salle de bain avec douche.

Das Hotel liegt im Dorf Sant Pere Pescador, das für seine wilden Strände, Sportrouten und Wassersportler bekannt ist.
Eine Stadt, die vom Meer und dem Fluss Fluvià umspült wird.
Wir fanden dieses schöne Haus von 320 m2 nützlich.
Wir betreten die Etage, die sich auf Straßenniveau befindet, und werden von einer großen Halle mit gewölbten Decken begrüßt, die uns zu einem Wohnzimmer mit Innenhof, einem Badezimmer und einem Schlafzimmer führt.
Wir verlassen diesen Bereich und suchen die Treppe, die in den ersten Stock führt.
Und wir sind beeindruckt von einer schönen verglasten Terrasse, die uns Licht für ein fantastisches Esszimmer gibt, und einer großen offenen Küche, mit genügend Platz, um zu frühstücken oder nach draußen zu gehen, um das gute Wetter zu genießen.
Auf dieser Etage finden wir auch ein Gästebad und eine große Schlafzimmersuite mit Steinmauer und Zugang zu einem schönen Balkon mit einem schönen Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Wir gehen über eine Treppe mit Steinmauern in das Obergeschoss, um ein weiteres Wohn- / Chillout-Zimmer (mit der Möglichkeit, es an ein weiteres Schlafzimmer anzupassen) mit Zugang zu einer weiteren fantastischen Terrasse / Solarium mit freiem Blick zu finden.
