Additional details: The enterprise has all the necessary certificates for the production of food products, respectively. honey, certified as a producer of organic products, has valid quality management certificates ISO 9001/2015 and ISO 22000/2005 (ISO 22003/2013) as well as certificates for export of food products to and outside the European Union. The company is a member of the Bulgarian-German Industrial Association, has trained staff and is in the process of entering several foreign markets. The production base includes two production lines: for processing of organic honey, incl. a decrystallisation chamber, two homogenisers and filters, with a line capacity of 10 tonnes per batch and for processing conventional honey, including a decrystallisation chamber, two homogenisers and filters, with a line capacity of 50 tonnes per batch. Work is done with honey obtained from apiaries, registered as livestock farms on the territory of Bulgaria. The processing process includes decrystallization, homogenization, filtration and packaging of honey. In 2019, an independent expert assessment of tangible fixed assets (land, buildings and equipment) was carried out in the base at a total value of about EUR 600,000.

Описание: Производствената база се намира на собствен терен с площ 6565 кв.м., на който има изградени 5 сгради: цех за преработка с площ 1603 кв.м. (цехът разполага с 4 рампи за товарене, а парцелът е с лесен достъп за големи камиони), промишлена сграда за изпълнение на малки поръчки със складови и санитарни помещения с площ 178 кв.м., помещение за теглене и съхранение на меда с площ 18 кв.м., помещение за офис и охрана с площ 26 кв.м. и трафопост с площ 10 кв.м. Работи се с мед, добит от пчелини, регистрирани като животновъдни обекти на територията на България. Процесът по преработка включва декристализация, хомогенизация, филтриране и опаковане на меда. През 2019 г. е извършена независима експертна оценка на дълготрайните материални активи (земя, сгради и оборудване) в базата на обща стойност около 600 000 евро.
