El apartamento se situa en la planta baja del edificio, por lo que su ubicación es inmejorable. El interior ofrece un estilo moderno y luminoso. En primer lugar encontramos la sala - comedor - cocina con AC y a dos niveles: a la altura de la terraza está el salón con TV satélite y unos escalones más arriba está la zona de comedor y la cocina con barra americana y cocina eléctrica.
