There is a communal garden with a swimming pool, playground and cozy furnishings. The private decked terrace is a great spot to host barbecue evenings with local wine. For recreation, table tennis and table football equipment are present. A children's bed and a high chair are present. Parking is available. Possibility of breakfast/lunch/dinner at the in-house restaurant with typical Italian and local dishes and tasting of our own red wines and olive oil. In summer it is also possible to dine in the garden under the stars.

Zum Gebäude gehören insgesamt 5 Appartements. Die Ferienunterkunft, panoramisch auf einem Hügel gelegen, auf einem Landgut von 120 Hektar, mit Oliven- und Obstbäumen (wo noch Olivenöl produziert wird). Herstellung und Verkauf von selbst gemachtem Olivenöl. Sie können unter Führung einige Weinkeller besichtigen. Der Eigner hat mit verschiedenen Restaurants in der Umgebung Rabatte für seine Gäste vereinbart. Der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung: Foligno ist 16 km entfernt, Assisi 27 km, Spoleto 36 km, Perugia 39 km, Rom etwa 2,5 Autostunden. Möglichkeit zum Frühstück/Mittagessen/Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant mit typisch italienischen und lokalen Gerichten und Verkostung unserer eigenen Rotweine und Olivenöle. Im Sommer ist es auch möglich, im Garten unter dem Sternenhimmel zu speisen.

La estancia se encuentra en una región panorámica en una colina, con olivos y árboles frutales. Puedes visitar fácilmente las ciudades de Foligno, Assisi, Spoleto, Perugiaand Rome desde aquí. Si no se siente como cocinar, un restaurante está justo al lado de la casa de campo. El centro de la ciudad con supermercados descansa a 2 km. Para un día agradable, puede estar junto a la orilla del lago a 5 km. Los pubs de vida nocturna están a 9 km. La casa de campo tiene calefacción central para mayor comodidad. Hay un jardín comunitario con piscina, parque infantil y muebles acogedores. La terraza terraza privada es un gran lugar para albergar las tardes de barbacoa con vino local. Les locataires disposent dune salle commune (avec fresques et trompe-lil), dun jardin avec piscine (14 x 7 x 1,4 m), dune petite aire de jeux et dautres infrastructures. Le bâtiment compte cinq appartements. Lhabitation, bâtie sur une colline avec vue panoramique, se situe sur une propriété de 120 hectares, avec des oliviers et arbres fruitiers (on y produit toujours de lhuile dolive). Production et vente dhuile dolive faite maison. Possibilité de visiter les caves à vin avec un guide. Le propriétaire a conclu des accords avec divers restaurants des environs qui permettent aux hôtes de bénéficier de réductions. Cest le point de départ idéal pour partir à la découverte des villes environnantes : Foligno à 16 km, Assise à 27 km, Spoleto à 36 km, Pérouse à 39 km, Rome à environ deux heures et demi de voiture. Possibilité de petit-déjeuner/déjeuner/dîner au restaurant interne avec des plats typiques italiens et locaux et dégustation de nos propres vins rouges et huile d'olive. En été, il est également possible de dîner dans le jardin sous les étoiles.

L'azienda agraria annessa si estende su 120 ettari in parte a seminativi, bosco ed un secolare oliveto.
