Die Zimmer sind Stück für Stück komfortabel, und die Badezimmer sind von guter Qualität. Das Haus ist offensichtlich bestimmt für ein besonders familiäres und/oder freundschaftliches Zusammensein. Die Lage ist wunderschön, das Gehöft liegt wenige Fußminuten entfernt von dem Dörfchen Issac, wo sich ein einfaches kleines Restaurant befindet, und nur wenige Kilometer entfernt von Mussidan mit allen Einrichtungen, die man sich wünschen kann. Auch die Touristenorte (Sarlat, Bordeaux, Perigeux, Bergerac usw.) sind leicht erreichbar.
