Elegantly furnished, our villa welcomes our guests in a relaxing environment. The villa is on 3 levels. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms and 1 kitchen equipped with espresso machine and other accessories, balcony. On the ground floor there is a pizzeria which, depending on the availability of the owner, can be made available to guests to make pizza with a stone oven. The entire house is fenced off and has a 5 x 10 m swimming pool and a small plot of land used for growing seasonal vegetables for family use. The Villa is located on the slopes of Etna in a strategic position, because it is only 5 km from Acireale, 9 km from the seaside resorts of Stazzo and Pozzillo (cliffs), 15 km from Etna Park, 7 km from Zafferana Etnea, 20 km from Catania and 34 km from Taormina. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine lokale Pizzeria, die je nach Verfügbarkeit des Eigentümers, kann den Gästen zur Verfügung gestellt werden, um Pizza mit Steinofen zu machen. Das gesamte Haus ist umzäunt und verfügt über einen 5 x 10 m großen Swimmingpool und ein kleines Grundstück, das für den Anbau von Saisongemüse für den Familiengebrauch genutzt wird.
