On the wonderful terrace, surrounded by fruit trees, you can relax and sunbathe on the 4 sun loungers or have a drink in the outdoor dining area with your loved ones. The house is independent but has neighbours nearby, so there is partial privacy. The property is distributed over two floors. From the terrace we access to a fantastic living-dining room equipped with Smart TV and wood cooker, where you will be able to share unique moments. On this same floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably and also has another dining area that completes the room. A complete bathroom with shower, gives service to this floor. When it is time to sleep, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, AC and TV. The stairs lead to the upper floor where there is another bedroom with views to the outside, which is designed to offer you the rest you deserve and which also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. A fan and a radiator are at your disposal if you need them. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and we can also provide you with a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Felanitx is a village located in Mallorca that offers a great deal of activity all year round. It is an area well known for its wine production and not very touristic, which makes it perfect to get into the Mallorcan culture and experience it more closely. We recommend you to explore some of its hiking routes and if you like the beach, go to Cala d'Or, which is only 10 km away. Please note that the AC is only available from 21h to 9h. Das Landhaus ist allein stehend, hat aber einige Nachbarn. Die Räume verteilen sich über 2 Etagen. Von der Terrasse aus gelangt man in ein fantastisches Wohn-Esszimmer mit Smart TV und Holzofen, perfekt für gemeinsame Stunden. Auf der gleichen Etage finden Sie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien, einem Induktionskochfeld und Elektroofen. Hier gibt es einen 2ten Esstisch für ein schnelles Frühstück oder den Kaffee am Nachmittag. Ein komplettes Badezimmer mit Dusche auf dieser Etage, ist für alle Bewohner zugänglich. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein klimatisiertes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und TV (spanische Kanäle). Eine Treppe führt in das Obergeschoss, wo sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer befindet. Dieses Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Ein Ventilator und ein Heizkörper stehen Ihnen bei Bedarf zur Verfügung. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett. Auf Anfrage können wir auch ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung stellen, wenn Sie mit Ihrem Baby reisen. Disfruten de un verano mallorquín en esta acogedora finca situada en el campo y con vistas a la montaña que hará de sus vacaciones una experiencia inolvidable. En su maravillosa terraza, rodeados de árboles frutales, podrán relajarse tomando el sol en las 4 tumbonas disponibles o tomar algo en la zona de comedor al aire libre junto a sus seres queridos. La casa es independiente pero tienen vecinos cerca, por ello la privacidad es parcial. La propiedad se distribuye en dos plantas. Desde la terraza accedemos a un fantástico salón comedor equipado con Smart TV y estufa de leña, en el que podrán compartir momentos únicos. En esta misma planta encontrarán una cocina totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios para que cocinen con comodidad y que además, cuenta con otra zona de comedor que completa la estancia. Un baño completo con ducha, da servicio a esta planta. A la hora de dormir, en la planta baja tienen un dormitorio con cama doble, AC y TV. Mediante las escaleras, accederán a la planta superior donde hay otro dormitorio con vistas al exterior que está pensado para ofrecerles el descanso que merecen y que además cuenta con baño en suite con ducha. Tienen a su disposición un ventilador y un radiador si los necesitan. La casa cuenta con lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar y también podemos proporcionarles una cuna y una trona en caso de que viajen con su bebé. Felanitx es un pueblo situado en Mallorca que ofrece durante todo el año una gran actividad. Es una zona muy conocida por su elaboración de vinos y no muy turística, lo que la hace perfecta para adentrarse en la cultura mallorquina y vivirla más de cerca. Les recomendamos explorar algunas de sus rutas de senderismo y si lo que les gusta es la playa, acérquense a Cala d'Or, que está situada a escasos 10 km. Sur la magnifique terrasse, entourée d'arbres fruitiers, vous pourrez vous détendre et bronzer sur les 4 chaises longues ou prendre un verre dans la salle à manger extérieure avec vos proches. La maison est indépendante mais a des voisins à proximité, il y a donc une intimité partielle. La propriété est répartie sur deux étages. De la terrasse, nous accédons à un fantastique salon-salle à manger équipé d'une Smart TV et d'une cuisinière à bois, où vous pourrez partager des moments uniques. A ce même étage, vous trouverez une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner confortablement et dispose également d'un autre coin repas qui complète la pièce. Une salle de bain complète avec douche, rend service à cet étage. Quand il est temps de dormir, au rez-de-chaussée il y a une chambre avec un lit double, AC et TV. Les escaliers mènent à l'étage supérieur où se trouve une autre chambre avec vue sur l'extérieur, conçue pour vous offrir le repos que vous méritez et qui dispose également d'une salle de bain attenante avec douche. Un ventilateur et un radiateur sont à votre disposition si vous en avez besoin. Deze prachtige en rustige finca nabij Felanitx verwelkomt 4 gasten. Geniet van een Mallorcaanse zomer in deze gezellige finca op het platteland met uitzicht op de bergen die uw vakantie tot een onvergetelijke ervaring zullen maken. Op het prachtige terras, omgeven door fruitbomen, kunt u ontspannen en zonnebaden op de 4 ligstoelen of een drankje drinken in de eethoek buiten met uw dierbaren. Het vakantiehuis is onafhankelijk maar heeft buren in de buurt, dus er is gedeeltelijke privacy. De vakantiewoning is verdeeld over twee verdiepingen. Vanaf het terras hebben we toegang tot een fantastische woon-eetkamer uitgerust met Smart TV en houtkachel, waar u unieke momenten kunt delen. Op dezelfde verdieping vindt u een volledig uitgeruste keuken met alle benodigde keukengerei om comfortabel te koken en heeft ook nog een eethoek die de kamer compleet maakt. Een complete badkamer met douche geeft service aan deze verdieping. Als het tijd is om te slapen, is er op de begane grond een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed, airconditioning en tv. De trap leidt naar de bovenverdieping waar zich nog een slaapkamer bevindt met uitzicht naar buiten, die is ontworpen om u de rust te bieden die u verdient en die ook een en-suite badkamer met douche heeft.
