Das Ferienhaus besteht aus einer Eingangsbereich mit je einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett rechts und links. Zudem schönes Badezimmer und ein offener Küchen-/Wohnbereich für das Familienleben im Haus. Der fünfte Schlafplatz befindet sich in einer Schlafnische (Alkoven) im Wohnbereich. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man direkten Zugang zu sowohl einer überdachten als auch einer größeren, offenen Terrassenfläche für sonnige Tage. Die Kinder können auf der Rasenfläche davor spielen. Außerdem kleiner Annex mit zwei weiteren Betten auf dem Grundstück als Ausweichmöglichkeit. Zu den vorhandenen Spielgeräten auf dem Grundstück gehören Schaukeln und ein Gartentrampolin (Nutzung nur auf eigenes Risiko). Außerdem ist eine kleine Feuerstelle für ein gemütliches Lagerfeuer vorhanden. Im See liegt ein kleines Ruderboot zur kostenlosen Nutzung bereit. Außerdem gibt es zwei Kajaks und ein Kinderkajak inkl. Schwimmwesten zur kostenlosen Nutzung. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht!
