Es gibt einen offenen Küchen-/Essbereich und ein Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichen Möbeln, darunter doppelter Schlafcouch, Flachbild-TV mit einigen deutschen Sendern sowie freies WLAN. Zur Küchenausstattung gehören u.a. Ceranfeld, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer; eines mit Doppelbett, ddas zweite mit einem Einzelbett für eine Person. Außerdem gibt es eine kleine Kammer, in die man sich zurückziehen und z.B. ein gutes Buch lesen kann. Kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Das Haus wird mit Ölheizung beheizt.
