Right by the house, you will find the included motorboat, and you have a short distance to good fishing locations. Extra motorboat for rent must be prebooked at least 3 weeks before arrival. Life jackets for rent. Fish cleaning table with lights and running water on the ground floor, where you also have a large storage room. A river nearby has salmon and trout, and there is a lake with trout, respectively 25 and 30 km away. 2 hours to the beautiful beaches at Grotle, 2,5 hours to Maløy and Kanesteinen, 3 hours to Briksdalen Glacier, 2,5 hours to Norway's westernmost point Vestkapp. The two single beds can be combined and the double bed can be split into two single beds. Sie wohnen hier in ruhiger, friedlicher Umgebung, inmitten herrlicher Naturlandschaft. Ein ideales Reiseziel für den Familienurlaub sowie für Anglerferien. Stromverbrauch und Kaminholz sind inklusive! Die eine Hälfte des Ferienhauses wurde 2021 neu errichtet, die andere Hälfte im selben Jahr durchehend renoviert. Sanierte Küche und Bad sowie zwei neue Schlafzimmer im Haus. WLAN (15 Mbit) zum Surfen. TV mit norwegischen, nordischen und einigen internationalen Fernsehsendern. Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer. Die beiden Einzelbetten können zu einem Doppelbett zusammengestellt werden. Gleich unterhalb des Holzhauses liegen an einem Schwimmsteg zwei im Voraus mietbare und vor Ort zahlbare Boote bereit: *ein 17 Fuß Boot mit 10 PS Suzuki 2-Takt Motor. *ein 18 Fuß Boot (Typ Hansvik) mit 30 PS Yamaha 2-Takt Motor und extra 5 PS Motor (zum Dorgen), dazu GPS/Kartenplotter/Echolot. Kurze Entfernung zu guten Angelplätzen. Eigene Filetierbank in der Nähe des Schwimmstegs, bei schlechtem Wetter zudem Zugang zu einem Filetierraum mit Licht/Wasseranschluss in der Kelleretage des Hauses, wo es auch einen großen Abstellraum für Angelzeug gibt. Am Svelgenvassdraget, etwa 30 km entfernt, findet man Angelgewässer mit Lachs und Forelle. In 25 km Entfernung liegt die Stadt Svelgen mit guten Einkaufsläden. Zu den äußerst attraktiven Badestränden bei Grotle, auf der Insel Bremangerøya, fährt man ca. 2 Std., nach Måløy zum Kanesteinen 2,5 Std., zum Gletscher Briksdalsbreen 3 Std. und zum Vestkapp 2,5 Std. BITTE BEACHTEN: Zugang zum Bad im Souterrain nur von außen! Steile Treppe in die obere Etage. Die Türdurchgänge im alten Teil des Ferienhauses sind max. 180 cm hoch. Tuż pod domem wakacyjnym znajduje się dołączona łódź z silnikiem, w niewielkiej odległości od dobrych miejsc do wędkowania.
